If you are a front-line health service provider and would like to contact a psychologist, please refer to the list to the left. It is a list of psychologists who have volunteered to provide free services to front-line health care providers.

AbilitiCBT is a free internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) program that you can access from any device, any time,  during COVID. iCBT works by helping you understand and change the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are causing you issues.

CAMH is providing access to mental health and addiction resources for health care workers who might be negatively impacted by COVID-19. Services include; access to resources, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT/Psychotherapy), as well as Psychiatric Services.

If you are a health care worker that has been impacted by COVID-19 related stress, support is available to help you cope. This link includes resources you can access on your own, with a group of peers, or with a clinician.
